Ultimate Schafer Silvertip (pics)

Ok...I'm not proclaiming this bow to be THE ultimate...that's a very individual matter. I think a Silvertip may be the ultimate bow for a lot of hunters however. With that in mind, here's some of the latest work to come out of the Schafer shop. Take a look...feel free to add your own pictures.

Riser: Zebrawood flare between Santos rosewood, and a scale overlay of rough sheep horn. Checkered grip.

Limbs: 60" 59# @ 28. Bamboo core, Sapele veneers, copperhead skins, rough sheep horn tips. Rough sheep horn knobs.

Very nice,I really like the limbs veneers, must be a burl. Elm Maybe? Is the riser Zebra wood and Bolivian Rosewood?

A Silvertip is on my want list for sure!!
