I know questions like this have been asked multiple times. I am just looking for opinions, but if anyone has numbers that compare the two that would be awesome. Please help me out a little.

Would you buy a Martin Savannah for $300 or a JK Traditions Kanati for $350? Assume the bows are in similar condition and have similar specs.

Sorry to be a hassle. I am looking to purchase the first bow that I will own and $300 is not easy for me to give.

Thanks
Jared.

a buddy of mine stopped by a couple days ago with a new Kanati that he had just got.  It is extremely nice, i shot a half dozen shots through it and it was very smooth and quiet.  If I had an extra $350, I would have one on order already!

I was wanting a Kanati a while back and came across a Beeler longbow and couldn't pass it up. I love it and am very glad I got it. There's one in the classifieds for a good price, I think around $300.00. That being said, I think you couldn't go wrong with a Kanati either. I've heard a lot of great things about them.

I've owned a Kanati and shot a Savannah a few days......I would go with the Kanati.

I've never owned either but I'll still vote for the Kanati.I'm done with production bows.

I own a Kanati and love it!  Have shot a Savannah a few times as well.  I would go with the Kanati hands down.  The performance is great!  I took a deer with my Kanati this week.  My arrow bouned off a limb so the shot was a bit off.  Went right through the bone and stuck the broadhead out the other side.  A highway of a blood trail lead me straigt to her.  With my little 23" draw that is some power!
