Thanks everyone, now that I had some time to settled down I can tell the story I stated scouting in July and all of the place that I have helped other kill Antelope in the pass just did not have any antelope number in them so I went North to some water holes that I knew of, and I found some new ones by using Goggle earth. Jerry Maytum call me and ask if I could help out one of is Buddy's (Mike McCall) that got drawn in the same zone I said yes. So now to the day before opening it was raining like a cow pi$$ing on a flat rock and it was 60 degrees I thought I should go fish or waterfowl hunting, the rain stopped about 3:00 PM so we set the our tents and did some glassing we saw about thirty head of Antelope we started heading for the waterhole I had picked out for Mike, and then we came across the Skedaddle Long Gun Club and they were have there annual shoot right next to the waterhole had Mike setup for, this sucked so it was plane B for Mike we headed to a water hole that was a backup he set his blind up on and hoped for the best. Opening Morning it was cold and clear I left for my waterhole to set up my blind I set in my blind from 5:00 am and set there tell 2:00 PM I had 30 antelope come to the water and there was a Mega Buck with the Doe's but he would not come in to Bow range, I also had two Muledeer Doe's and there four fawns come in and did not pay attention to the blind. I knew I had lefted to early as I glass my waterhole I seen antelope come in to so I made my plan to move my blind 20 yards to the right and I was going to say until dark. I was in my blind at 5:00 AM I had some Muledeer bucks come in (see photo) there were 30 yards away and they were dandies so that made my day got some good photos of them, about 10:00 AM I had three small buck Antelope come in they drank the fill and was on their way, about two hours late I had ten head of Antelope come to about 80 yards for the waterhole that was as close as they came I sat there for another two hours I was all kicked back taking a little cat nap when a lone Doe came in right passed my blind I said to myself to bad there not a buck with her I watched her for about 3 minutes I looked to the right and there standing about 20 yards from me was a buck, I do not know how I keep it all together but I grabbed my bow and nocked and arrow I was trying to get in to position I think he heard me and bolted he stop at about 30 yards so I picked a spot and drew my bow let it go I hit him about 6 inches lower than I was aiming my shot hit him in the heart he ran about 90 yards and stop, I asked God to let him drop right there and he did, I dropped to my knees and thanked God I sat there for about 10 minutes he was not moving so I got out of my blind and walked over to him all I could do is sit there and look at him.

I am not judged by the number of times I fail, but by the number of times I succeed. And the number of times I succeed is in direct proportion to the number of times I can fail and keep trying.
