Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

LUCKY MAN

I only had the pleasure of knowing Jack for a couple years but you'll be hard pressed to find a better man who lived life to it's fullest.

A book could be written about the adventures of Jack Holder and his best friend Joe Mathews, if I can accomplish half of what Jack did I'll feel very blessed.

The memorial for Jack was a real celebration of his life as it should've been, lots of laughs and smiles, just as Jack would want it.

Gone but never forgotten, I'll miss you Jack.

you cope with it is what makes the difference."

Ditto on LUCKY MAN's post.

Jack was the MAN!

Ole Jack lived life to it's fullest. He definitly skidded into Heaven with all four wheels spinning,, slinging riverbottom gumbo mud everywhere! LOL!

I hope I live life with just half of what Jack has done in his time here.

God Bless.

Brave men are the most difficult to lose, for they are the ones who made the difficulties in life easier. A firefighter is certainly one who can speak volumes about bravery.

Thanks for posting.
