hi all, looking for some help with a new glove. i currently shoot with a damascus but they wear out way to quick. looking at the glove from grizzly leathers that braveheart archery sales but can't decide. the only glove i can shoot with so far is a damascus so don't want to spend the money and hate it. i've been trying out a few different gloves this year and can't find one i like, so if you can recomend a glove that will let me feel the string like a damascus but last longer let me hear about it. later, gizz

I have been shooting a goat skin glove from KK and it seems to be holding up pretty good. It is a new glove they sell and it is almost as thin as a Damascus.

I really, really like the Grizzly glove from Braveheart Archery - great feel, slick nylon, and a price that's more than reasonable.

another bid for the Dura glove----great feel and long lasting. I shoot a 62# recurve with it and love it!

I've been shooting the grizzly for a couple years and realy like them, they are basicly the same as he 3R dura-glove. They both have the Cordura finger tips.

They have a slick feel to them and dont develope the grooves leather does.

The Grizzly glove and 3Rivers Dura glove are very similar in design and function, and are both excellent gloves if you like a slick release and good string feel.

Over time the tips may "fuzz up" a little.  Hit the tips with an open flame (such as from a lighter) and the fuzz will be gone, doing so restore it to new performance and will extend the life of your glove.

Don't know which Damascus glove you have, but the one I have has Cordovan tips and I've been shooting it for 15 years or so,off and on, with no wear to the tips at all.
