Does anyone know of any GOOD literature or could tell a fella a darn good protocol for a bad shoulder that I could start using to rebuild my shoulder this spring and summer?  Any help would be appreciated.
Luck has nothing to do with it, just Boot leather and a GWP.

depends on what part of the shoulder is bad, a call to the doctor or a physical theroy clinic would be of great help surgical tubing or some kind of stretch band excersise are great for shoulders

if you think you have rotator cuff injury, pm me with your email address, and I can send you a pdf that is simply outstanding for rehabbing it.

Rotator cuff and injured Labram, it was bad enough that it took along time of drawing a 53 ib bow daily to biuld up before the season.  At first I cold not even draw the thing to full draw, the funny thing is it did not even hurt when I was drawing it , there was no pain involved at all it just felt like it my whole left arm was going to collapse as I started to draw, just drawing and letting down a few times a day worked I guess but there has got to be a correct therapy to start now.  Thanks sar I appreciate it my email is stormyiswired@numail.org

I am rehabing from rotator cuff surgery, long and slow process, and did I mention painful. I had torn the whole top of my shoulder loose, about 2 inches and joint was gapped open. They cleaned it up, and drilled a hole through the arm bone and shoulder, ran a cable through it and pulled it up together. I am 4 weeks into recovery, still light exercises, limited motion, and starting stretching exercisess to tear loose some of the tissue that has mended so my shoulder doesnt become frozenn. If you have a good physical therapist close, Iwould talk to them, but you might want to get a MRI first, could do more damage. Hope this helps.

You need a diagnosis from an MD...I do this for a living, but would never prescribe any kind of execise until...bottom line, wrong exercises can make your injury WORSE. See that Doc and request an MRI. Just MHO.
