Needing a short recurve and one of the bows I am considering is a Maddog Archery Prowler II.  Would like to hear from those who are familiar with Mike's recurves and particularly with the 54" Prowler II.  Any finger pinch or stacking?  My draw lenght is 27" and I will be going with a low-mid 40's for draw weight.  Thanks.

Bought one for my wife this past Christmas.
No pinch, I draw 28". Shoots nice, very light in the hand. There are no cosmetic flaws.
Very nice bow. I'd buy an other.
Great customer service also.
Time is a great teacher, but unfortunately it kills all its pupils.

I ordered a Prowler II last week.  I draw 27" as well.  Mike answered my email in ten minutes.  I called and we talked for 35 minutes.  I don't regret making the order one bit.  Mike's a good man and he will answer any questions you have.
