Guys,

I've shot a lot of good bows but just got done shooting my Palmer double carbon (60", 45@28) and I must say, that bow can shoot an arrow.  It draws soooo smooth all the way back to my 29.5" draw and you can't even feel the arrow leave the bow.  To think I almost sold it when I was having arthritic problems in my fingers (thanks Vermonster for convincing me otherwise).

My single carbon gives me the same performance but it's 60", 46@28.  I've had these bows for about 7 years and they've never given me a problem.  Now I'm wondering if I should order a Palmer Tradslam before the 500 are ordered.  Of course I have to get clearance from the war department, if you know what I mean.

Just had to share this since I hadn't shot my bows in about a week due to work commitments.

Thanks.

Just sold my Grand Slam and it shot as good as it looked. If I wouldn't have started making my own bows I would have been happy to keep it for life.

You should send the bows to me Steve then you could tell her you are just replacing two with one.    :D

I have a Classic Double Carbon that I bought around 1995, it was my first custom bow. It still looks and shoots as good today as it did back then!

I too have a Palmer(number 11 or 12 but who is counting?? LOL), it is a Legend II double carbon, 58" and 56#@27". It flat out shoots! The turkey's this spring are in trouble. Just tried some grizzlystik Alaskans out of it and they are hammers. Fly like darts and hit with authority. Can't weight for Spring!
