Does anyone use four 4" fletching with 3 blade broadheads? I was just thinking about trying it.
Aim small, miss small!!

I use them with 2 blade Z. Deltas and W. Woodsmans and all fly great.I put all the angle I can with them on small Diam. shafts.

I shoot woodsmans and snuffers with that combo.  No problems here.  I do use 4 feathers.

That's what I have been shooting lately, with no problems.

What is the signifigance of 4 fletch? Maybe its a dumb question but i have grown up using 3 and am wondering the reasoning behind 4.

Believe it or not the "HARDWAY" is often the EASIER way(in hindsight)!

Actually, I think the number of fletch is irrelavent.  How many of us have used a three fletched arrow with one missing.  In other words, two feathers at uneven angles.  The arrow still flies just as well.

I use four fletch for two reasons: 1- you don't have to look at the arrow to nock another one, just stick it on the string and shoot it. 2- they look better. I have shot three blades but use two blades now. Shot the same for me. I don't think it will effect it. If anything four fletch will stabalize better than three of the same size, more surface area to stabalize with.

I like four fletch because it seems to make the arrow stabilize more quickly. I use them on my Beman MFX with 200 grain Razorcaps and they simply are the best shooting hunting arrows I have shot since 1955 or so.

They are 25% more visible in flight as well!

Got a friend who has been after me to try WW's for a few years, I have used 4 fletch and last year I shot 4-4" feathers with WW's and they work great, no problems!

I guess if we run into the bear that is making these tracks, we oughta just get off the trail.......He seems to like it!
