Had to bail at the last minute. Unexpected visitors from the east coast are coming in at the same time. I am totally bummed.  Have a great time. Be sure to take the out-of-staters to In-n-Out at the Lebec exit for a CA treat...

There is room in my tent for you.  As for paying your fees, well pard, did I mention there's room in my tent for you.  I'll be glad to pick you up at Burbank Airport on Thursday afternoon and drive you around but, I'm not sure that'll happen.

And Jess, there's still room in tent and up-wind space at my campfire when I hunt in Ideeeho too.

I don't mean to be cruel, but I just saw the weather report for next weekend.  Weatherman says 46 as a low for the nighttime and 77 as a high for the daytime.

You boys from the northern border states might want to give this hunt another look-see.  That's some fine glassing weather....a far cry from the sub zero temps I've been watching during past weeks in the Northern Mid west.

I'm just sayin' guys....

Long drive from Oregon and I suspect that it will be snowing on the way down.  

We expect to arrive Friday morning.
