canadian hunting regulations- where do i find em??

what is the name of the authority that regulates hunting in canada? what is their website? if it's not a federal body can you give me websites for the different states/provinces? just want to know what/where/when i can hunt/stumpshoot whatever. what can be hunted right now in B.C?

also, is there anywhere that you get info pamphlets? i.e- hunting shops??
