Hill Backquiver Leather weight?

What weight of leather is used for the good Hill backquivers? I have heard to use Latigo because you want it to be stiff but not to stiff. Also any good suppliers where to get the leather? Thanks for replies. Flint  :bigsmyl:

Use a 5/6 Oz weight Latigo.
