my bows are 83 and 86 pounds at, my draw, 29.5".  so I'm gonna need something 750 gr or better and at least 30.5" long.  Any suggestions.  I am currently shooting 2317 aluminums with a 145 snuffer on a 100 gr adapter

what wood are they?  would you sell a couple of each spine so I could try them?

Josh, what bows are you shooting? I draw my 80# @ 28" Silvertip to 29", and it is cut past centre, and I have some woodies that work well and weigh 775 grains with the point / broadhead. Doug at  www.surewoodshafts.com  will help you get some.

I'd recommend some 2" treated pine fence posts myself.  :bigsmyl:

Just kidd'in.  I can't help but thought I would try and be a bit humorous.  Theseold bones and joints couldn't begin to draw that weight.

Goo luck.

Ditto on the Surewoods. Cut straight, arrive straight, stay straight. Doug responds to emails quickly. Offers shafts spined to something like 130#. You may hafta get a stronger bow   ;)
The older I get, the better I was.
