My first animal with KME stos left hand single bevel heads.  Ron sent me 1/2 dozen before my hunt and man can you say SHARP.  They came in at 145 gr. and they fly like a dart.  I shot him just as he mounting the decoy "marie". He went 10 yards turned around and liked his lips at her just before he tipped over.

Thanks again Ron, for the sharpest broadheads I've hunted with.  :notworthy:

peak98, I'm shooting a DAS master Gen. 1, Morrison ILF carbon-foam longbow limbs. Fast, smooth, quiet, and I love the tunability.

Man, that is one beautiful goat.  Kinda curious what he measures?

10 yards, turned around, licked his lips and just fell over? And that can't be blood I see in the photo. Everyone knows animals don't bleed from hits with single-blade broadheads!     :bigsmyl:

Congratulations Scott!     :clapper:   And congratulations to Ron on the sharpening job!     :clapper:

Wow Scott!!!

That is a beautiful buck!!...and you said you were waiting for a bigger one???!!!

I'm glad the broadhead performed well but the real credit is yours. Shot placement trumps everything else and it sure looks like you made a perfect shot to me. Well done Sir!

Nice buck! Still blows my mind that a speed goat will come in around one of those funny looking blinds.
I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness and will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High.

dino, this is a pic. of the new Stos "Classic" from KME.

Jack, the goat measures 75,7/8. Have to keep trying to break the 80" mark.  Sure is fun trying though.

That is just great.  Shame you had such a long tracking job on the praire.
What degree bevel are you using for those?  I am currently working on sharpening some I have and am aiming for a 25 degree bevel.

vitalinvader

ChristopherO,  I believe Ron did them at 25 degrees. They are very easy to touch up with there knife sharpener by marking blade with a magic marker and then matching the angle so it removes the black.
