NY opener, going to be a wet one!

looks like a real wet start to our season Saterday and Sunday. hope to spend a few hours in stand Saterday and most of the next day. LOTS of deer sign on my favoprite mountain this year due to heavy mast crop, can't wait!!!! good luck to all who go.

Aaarrrggghhhh! I'm jealous guys! I too am a Southern zone guy that has to wait until mid Oct.  We REALLY need to get this changed. Oct. 1 across the state would be a great compromise.

Waterproof those feathers, put on some wool and spend the day stillhunting around...sit for awhile....glass...move on...wind in your face or crosswind...great day to be on the sneak.
