After over a year of saving and hoping to find the bow I wanted, it finally appeared.  A beautiful Tomahawk Diamond SS 53# @ 28" and 62"AMO.

This is my first nice longbow, and I have grown out of that cheap wheel business.  I am fifteen and I think I have finally found a bow I can shoot and hunt with for the rest of my life.  Thanks to Mr. M. (3fingers) and some understanding parents, I was able to find the bow of my dreams.  I am so excited to shoot and hunt with this powerful piece of equipment this fall and winter and have high hopes of taking an animal.

Im going to try to do it the hard way...no bait or blinds just pure spot and stalk ground hunting.

After shooting about 15 arrows through it I get this group at about 20 yds.

I was out with the camera, and put the bow down in the grass for about two seconds to put in the battery.  I picked it up and in the silencer I see something that I need to be more reminded of.  Can you see it?  God does the strangest things.  (didn't adjust or even touch the cross before taking the picture)

Diamond Series!

Thanks for looking.

And while i'm at it does anybody have a cheap
-leather bow quiver
-bow case
and/or
-wooden arrows for sale?  thanks a ton

WOW, great looking bow.  Tomahawks are awesome!  You remind me of a young ... me.  Keep the wind in your favor, walk quiet, move your eyes, not your head.  Let us know how season goes.  Still hunting is the way to go!!!

You,re right it is a very nice bow and you will enjoy it alot, you worked and saved up which will make it special, Keep God in frount of it and you will do good. you bring back good memories of my youth, I,m now refinishing a bow for my grandson friends and I bought at your age, the only difference was these cost us 10 to 15.00. and they are still going. good luck and good shooting.

Thats one fine bow. My uncle got one this summer and loves it. He is hoping to get his first deer using trad gear. I gave him an old wing hawk last year for his brithday. He hasn't picked up his compound since. He is 71 years young. Good luck and enjoy your new bow.
