Hi everyone. I'm new to the trad game and just started shooting a 40 pound Galaxy Sage and a 50 pound Frankenbow this spring. Just picked up a 1968 Bear Grizzly in excellent condition at a flea market a week ago. Got a new Dacron string from Triple T on it now. Current brace height after some stretching is about 7 3/4". No silencers yet. Bow seems to have a lot of post shot vibration. Bow specs are 47# and 56" AMO. My draw length is about 29-29.5". I'm assuming I need to increase brace height, just curious where other guys are at.

Between 7.5-8.5".

It'll still twang like a banjo until you put a set of string silencers on it.
