I know several very successful shots shoot with there non dominant eye and squint there dominant eye at some point in their shot process. Does anyone on here do this and at what point are you squinting your eye? Right from the start? While you are drawing or once you are at anchor? Thanks

C Kerley

I do. Just as I settle into my anchor I squint my dominant eye.  It doesn't have to close tight.

Off topic a bit, but when I shoot right (dominant), the arrow tip sits just under the target. When I shoot left, its just under and to the left.  I don't know enough about eyes to know if the non-dominant eye doesn't perfectly line up, if it's just the way my eyes are, or if I have a quirky release causing it.
