Got my hands on a 68" 45#@28 Shelton.Love it. With a 26" draw length, what poundage do you think I'm pulling

I'd say about 40#.  It's not a heavy draw weight bow so probably doesn't build weight very fast toward the end of the draw.  My guess is it likely gains 2# from 26 to 27 inches and 3 pounds from 27 to 28.
