I worry that all of the hanging material may interfere with the bow string.
I do use a leafy camo jacket a lot in the early season, before we are required to wear the blaze orange.  I think the 3D aspect helps in not being detected by deer.

I know of one guy who cuts the sleeve off on the bow arm,but I just trim a bit and wear an armguard...

I've had one of these for about 9 years, used infrequently.  Seems like a nice jacket and comes to about my knees.  I did light trimming on bow arm and haven't had any clearance issues.

I find the super lightweight leafy suit to be the best for me. I used an ASAT one from Rancho Safari forever, and now mostly use just the jacket and hood from First Lite in the Fusion pattern. a ghillie is too thick and hot for my uses, but that's a good price.

Why not just make your own with netting and burlap?
