Shooting after shoulder replacement

I have had both shoulders replaced using a reverse shoulder replacement method. As a result neither elbow will come above my shoulder. The right will almost get to level. The left won't come up that far. The result is that I shoot low beyond about 10-15 yards. Have any of you found a work around that will allow to return to your presurgery shooting form. I'd appreciate any suggestions or advice. Thank you
