Bow is a 51@28 Black Widow PCH. Drawing it to 29". I have been shooting Easton Axis Trad 340's 30" with 75gr insert and 150 point, 3 5" right helical fletches. Can shoot bullet holes through paper at 15 feet. Bare shaft I always get a hair nock low, but groups with the fletched shafts. I had about 5 dozen of the shafts and have been shooting them for years. It's time for new arrows. Easton doesn't make the axis trad anymore. I ordered a SafariTuff Kobra 350 test kit. Before I start cutting and testing, I would like to add another inch to my arrow as well. So my question is, with a 350 spine arrow, is it going to be weaker spined than a 340? Apologies already, I probably could have done a search and found what I am looking for. I went with SafariTuff mainly for the components they come with. Nock collars, point collars and a couple different inserts.

I'm confused. Did you buy arrows or just a test kit??? I do know the difference in 340s and 350s will be minuscule.

Blaze out your own trail.

The 350 is about 4-5# less static spine.  That may or may not be enough to make a difference.  If the shaft diameter is the same as the Axis shafts, you probably won't notice a difference.

Just finished doing some bare shaft testing. I don't have a saw so I just played around with the full 32" bare shaft. I used the 55gr half in/out insert and a 150gr point. The arrow was weak, but not near as bad as I thought it was going to be. I did get some decent nock high out of it. But I was fairly surprised with the lack of weakness.
