Thunderhorn quivers for me. I have 2 regular (holds 6 arrows) and a small fry (holds 4 arrows). Used them for the last 20 years, wouldn’t use anything else.

Great Northern also offers an extra long quiver hood for larger broadheads to help keep them covered.

Too many bows to list, and so many more I want to try!  Keep the wind in your face, and your broadheads sharp.

Bolt on is the way to go, I haven’t ever had a strap on or slide on that I was happy with. Bolt on are rigid , easy on and off. I have a couple of Great Northerns that I really like, my favorite of all is the Kanati ( sp ) but don’t believe they are being made anymore. Go with the 1/4 - 20 inserts I believe that Bear uses those.

Roy, I have 7 of his quivers.  :biglaugh:

However, he doesn't make a bolt on.

Thunderhorn here as well. I had them dye the hood on mine to match the colors of my Bear TD.

I like the great Northern bolt on as well. Not too heavy, small footprint but will still hold plenty of arrows.Easy on easy off.

What I like most about it though is that it will slide in very close to the riser. That makes it balance on the bow better no doubt than other bolt ons.

None of my one piece bows have inserts, so strap on is it.  Have a HTD that would allow fixing to the limb bolts, though.  Used to have a Delta quiver that was good, but heavy.

Whatever you get be sure it has some kind of kick back option to get the feathers in line with the bottom limb where they belong, not sticking way out in front. I usually need to modify quivers to get enough setback. Makes a world of difference in many ways.
