Well been thinking about maybe moving a little south but not sure if the huntings as good Grinn yes I've heard of some good elk hunting.  Just wondering if you guys down there get tags every year and whats kinda critters?  PLUS I CAN TRAP AGAIN!!!!!!!

Been a while - 8 years - since I lived in NM.  My understanding from my buds is you have to get drawn for just about everything now - and with no preference point system, it is all about luck or landowner tags.
