That's one beauty of a stick there.  Great bend in both limbs and love the skin.

Man, great looking bows guys. Those skins are very vivid, Stiks. How does it feel to be ready to ship so soon? LOL
Mike, that's a sharp osage. Do the skins wrap around the sides of the limbs?

Some really nice bows being built. They all look SWEEEET!!!

Kris I may have to pick your brain on that yew and get some pointers. I got a stave from Keenan at the TN classic that I need to start working on sometime soon at least in the next 3-4 years. Ha

A pat on the back to all. Good job!

I'll try to get some pics posted of my progress so far, just so ya'll don't think I've ran away from home or something.

This is when sinew was just applied. Whoever coined the "Watching paint dry..." wasn't a bowyer or the saying would be "Watching sinew cure"

That was taken a couple weeks ago so it probably still needs at least a few more weeks or maybe a month. We'll see what happens...

David

Keenan

Matt that is a sweet looking bow. Great tiller and very nice lines.

David, I am in the same boat! Watching the sinew cure on one and waiting for some skins to cure a little more on two others.

Keenan, I just realized I was watching something on the tv and paused it... 1hr 14min ago and the only thing I've done in that time is made these couple post and ....watched the sinew dry some more.

Think it's done yet??? Hmmm I go check.

KellyG

Matt and stiks those are some sweet looking bows, I know ***** and ***** are going to hit the floor when those beauties show up.

Here is what I have been up to. Flipped a tip. First time I have tried that. I will get the other one done tomorrow if I did not screw it up.
