I have a friend who has a very good condition Bear Kodiak II, 60" 46# @ 28", Compass in leather grip.  Leather grip is also excellent.  Anyone have any idea what it is worth?

How does this bow tell you what the poundage is? I sold one on **** for over 1,000.00 to a collector in Florida. If it has the coded poundage by the alphabet it is worth more than if it just states example 53 at 28in. in writing. The coded will also be stamped right into the wood. The one I sold was 90 pounds. Shane, be careful when you sell these older Bears.

It is marked 46#.  I understand it is in very good condition and I think the owner wants around $300.  Someone he knows who shoots recurves told him that's what it was worth.  I really don't need the bow, especially since I shoot longbows.  If any of you recurve guys want to see it, send me a PM and I will give you the guys contact info.

Rob, I don't have any pics and I'm probably going to pass on the bow anyway.

Correction to the above reply.  He just emailed me some pics.  I don't want to go to the trouble of hosting them, but will be glad to email to anyone that wants to see them.  It has a Walnut Riser marked

60"
AA700
46#

This is sounding like an ad.  I assure you it is not. The person just ask me to find out what the bow is worth so he will know what to ask for it.  Thanks.

Walnut risers were the first model.Good collecter there,The used bow market is a little on the soft side for selling right now....maybe 300.00-450.00 ish pending condition.........The above mentioned at the higher then normal selling price is do to the higher then normal draw weight.....bowdoc
