I figured after the Kzoo show alot of the bowyers might have some of their bows listed for sale..... particuarly ASL's with green glass.... none to be found in the 45-53lb range. Green Glass Matters

There is a Green Hill style on the classifieds right now.......Jet, the Bison model.

I've been getting an itch for a green glass bow. I really want to get a couple great northern in my hands to see how I like them, but those green kimsha bows look really sweet!

Fitter.... or green glass and yew lams.... that is a right pretty combination.  My newest, a Jet bow has green back and gray belly and looks outstanding.  and,  it is my thoughts.... that green glass is the fastest !

There is something about the white belly and the green back that just tickles my innards.  There is no logic to it, but 'that's way it is', as that wierdo that played the owl part at Bohemian Grove always  used to say.

I've got a Long River Longbow with dark green glass with Bamboo limbs that Gus made for me years ago. It is a thing of beauty and I maybe shot 20 arrows thru it. At 61lbs at 26" it is a little too heavy for me.

Tickle your innards.....LOL that used to be the Mt. Dew slogan a long time ago.

I agree though about green / white...classy!

Green / white
Red / White
Red / Yellow

So many choices!

I just sent an order to Steve at Northern Mist for one of his new Ramers, green glass back and belly over bamboo cores, and told him to surprise me with the wood in the handle.  I'm excited and can't wait to see what he comes up with.
Too many bows to list, and so many more I want to try!  Keep the wind in your face, and your broadheads sharp.

I think green glass in a longbow makes a fine looking bow.  Northern Mist Shelton (string follow), elm limbs, Bolivian Rosewood handle.
