We will do our best to accommodate everyone and yes...there are months that will be very popular and might fill up fast....so also provide a secondary choice if you would like a secondary choice(secondary choice no mandatory info)

I will need your full name, your screen name, and your member number so I can keep up with who's who and keep proper records going forward.

Anyone not providing all the info asked for above will not be given a slot.

If you are chosen you will be responsible for shipping the bow to the next hunter in line ON TIME, if you are late for any reason, then you will be required to ship Next Day Air as to not cut into the other hunters time any more than possible. So you will be responsible for getting the shipping address from the next guy down the list.  You can PM him or click on his name to see his email in his profile.

If you have a hunt that overlaps two months...please specify so we can work that out also.

The Hunting dates will start Feb 1st 2017 and end May of 2018

We will start a 'ROSTER' thread soon...and it will have the months listed and we will fill them in as they come in....and that thread will have pics of the Girls and descriptions of them....This thread will be featured at the top of the forum until June 2018 when hopefully we will have two more new Girls donated for St Judes.

I believe they are going to come in at around 47#@28.

The bows look really nice. They are both Cocobolo an shedua , they both have stained quilted /curly maple stained med brown that was donated by Biathlonman.   They are both 62" bows that are 47@28.  You short draw guys 27-28 are not in the peak performance area.  The stings were donated by Daniel at Hunters Choice Bowstrings.  I will get some pics up tomorrow!!

Is the plan to sign the bows after use this year?  Reason asked is that last time with the Sarrell bows I didn't sign it after my session and some did later on down the line.

So for clarity is it protocol to sign as a means to add to the meaningful history and use of the St. Jude bows?
