I haven't seen any posts from these 2 bowyers in a while. They both made some great looking bows. I believe they were/are friends and shared a lot of info on this site. Are they still making bows? And, if any of you have one, could you please post a picture or two. Thanks

I'm still here and posting on a pretty regular basis. This is a bow I am working on right now./ Its a 62 inch belly mount Storm Eagle , carbon back , Action boo cores and stabil core. Elk antler riser with double burr and carved eagles on each burr. I am pretty much building full customs and not much stock or standard bows.

The eagle is carved out of antler and then applied on this end/ elk antler bows the way I am building them is quite the project. This one is a lefty.

There is one of Steve's in the classifieds that is so cool.

Guys, I sure thank you all for your kind remarks. Dan, those Frontiers are a really nice bow to shoot. I have several to build right now.
The bow that is in the classifieds is now mine. You all waited too long. Its on the way to my casa. I'm building John a lighter weight bow just like it but in Macassar.

God bless, Steve

Always enjoyed your posts and admiring your craftsmanship Steve.

I do miss Kirk from Bigfoot bows input on here though. Makes a mighty fine bow also.

Pardon my ignorance and boldness: is Kirk no longer a sponsor on here? Always enjoy reading about his innovations and creations regarding bow building and just now realize it's been a while since I saw him chime in.

Cheers!  Pat.

Yes, Eaglewing is going strong as Steve said.  I have to say the Storm Eagle I just traded in was not only one of the best looking I have every seem but very fast!!!  Steve has not lost his touch and my next Storm Eagle is going to be a killer bow!  Pics to come in 4 to 6 months from now...

The Whittler

Is it a secret why Kirk haven't been on for a while. He gave some good input.

katman

Not to side track Whittler but Kirk stepped on someones toes and is no longer on the forum. He is outspoken about his beliefs and ruffled feathers. I talk with him on email a lot, has a nice stable of exceptional performing bows he builds.

Here is my new to me Sasquatch (from Big foot Bows) 64" 50@28. It is a sweet shooting bow. I am looking at ordering another one in the future. Kirk is a nice person to talk to, he took time out to answer questions I had about this Bow.
