I noticed that the traditional snuffer 3-blade broadheads that come in screw-in can be ordered in 145gr..

question is somebody glues the insert in so have any of you received these and found they wobbled?

I can get inserts and make them up myself but I'm curious if they spin true from the company.

I wish I could tell you, but I cant. Snuffer use to make 2 blades too...of which I bought, mounted adapters and aligned myself, and killed deer with. It took a little extra time and a slight pain....but not bad.

Im taking this to the top so maybe someone can help.

Most probably do, some probably don't.  If the adaptors are put in with hot melt, not difficult to realign them.  Even epoxy bonds can be broken and the adaptors reinstalled with hot melt.

I prefer to buy my own adaptors and put them in myself.  I like the weight options, which can range from 25 to 125 grains in 25 grain increments.

Not an answer to your question but if you are worried about crooked ferrules have you considered the vpa 3 blade?  One piece construction.

I've had great luck with the screw in Snuffers...and it could be just plain luck, but I was able to get all 6 that I had to spin true as could be.

I've had great luck with snuffers, never had an issue with spin testing

I install all of mine I would say nobody spin test when they put heads on at the factory it would be too time consuming they just stick em on . I'm fussy, I want mine perfect they steer themselves if there not straight.
