I entered glove, which I use 98% of the time. Every once in a while I'll shoot a few sets with a tab, just for contrast and comparison.
Glove just feels more comfortable and natural to me, and gives me better control of the string.

i'll agree with better control of the string at this point as I just switched to tab but what I see is a HUGE advantage with a cleaner release for me. should have also asked in the poll which tab or glove you use would be interesting.

I have struggled with this. I WANT to use a glove, but keep coming back to a tab. Much cleaner release for me.

A cleaner and more repeatable release for me with a tab. I really like the bateman 3 under cordovan tab but love the death adder by Rick, unfortunately he is not making them at this time.
shoot straight shoot often

For me, a tab is just much more convenient, especially in cold weather when I want to wear fleece gloves. I started out with a glove but in warm weather it seemed to get saturated with sweat, which was uncomfortable and adversely affected performance.

I've gone back and forth on this, and always come back to my tab.

I have enough gloves and tabs that I long ago lost count...in general I shoot targets with tabs and hunt with a glove

Glove primarily. I like tabs, but I never feel as comfortably or in control of the string with one.

I switched to a tab this past winter when I went to 3 under. I have found what I like best so far is a split finger vista calf hair with the divider removed. I've tried several and this one pulls my trigger.

I use both but seem to always go back to my glove. It like the feel better when hunting. I seem to miss place tabs easier than my gloves during hunting season.

Maxx Black

I use a tab for all reasons mentioned, but for hunting I like it cause the weather is cooler and  I wear gloves. I hunt through rifle season with bow.The elastic on the Bateman tab fits over gloves middle finger ,for better release.

I prefer a glove , my favorite is American Leathers Big Shot Crossover .
I have tried a tab several times and just can't control my ancor point .

Went to a glove for 99.9% of my shooting. I shoot split, have issue with nock and my trigger finger. So sore afraid to release. Glove solved issue. American Leathers crossover Kangaroo. After a year glove is still like new.
If I ever drop down to say 45# I may go three under. By that time I figure I will be to old to walk a course of hunt. Then I will use a tab agian.

imbowhunt10

Have always used a glove, but I am recently being intrigued with trying a tab..........

Rough Run

Glove.  Legacy Leathers Kangaroo.
Tabs just feel odd to me, like a barrier between me and the string.

I shoot both.
I prefer the glove; it mimics my hunting setup (I don't hunt using a tab...it's cold out!) That being said, I feel I shoot better using a tab. So...both.

Not to be argumentative, but this never made sense to me.  A shooting glove that only covers less than half of three fingers isn't going to keep my fingers/hand warm.  And I cannot fit a shooting glove over any glove that will keep my hand warm.  I use a thin wool glove with my tab.
