Hay Tim, Kaz and I are driving and will be leaving Eastern Iowa onThursday evening and will be driving straight through to La Tuque.  We have a hotel room reserved for Friday night so we will be fresh for Saturday

I'm flying to NYC where my family is. I'll spend a day with them and then drive up to tommys Friday. And I guess I'll be meeting him and someone else there. And we'll drive up at night. Getting excited! 1 month away!!

Got a Bowdoc story for ya. Early one morning I was sitting on the porch looking at the lake. Bowdoc was sleeping in a tent about 75 yards away. When he came out he immediately sat down on the ground and started scooting on his butt by pulling himself along with his heels. When he finally reached the porch, I was in stiches! I had to ask "what in the world are you doing"? Surprised to see me, he looked embarassed and just said two words...."Pine pitch"!
