Manitoba Bear Hunt opening (Stickflingers) Tentatively booked!

Last minute cancellation for a 6 day hunt starting May 22. Be the 1st on stand for the year!

For the past 2 years, every hunter saw a bear every night on stand. Most hunters seeing 20-30 bears a week with one hunter seeing 102.

You will love it.  This has become a favorite hunt for me.  I am back for 2018 and plan to be a regular for as long as I can.

I don't know how a bear hunt could be any better than this one. I'd been on two other bear hunts before I hunted with Ryan and saw more bears the first night than I did on the other two week long hunts combined.

Just quick advice:

"Too Close" is a name to watch for.

Don't fall asleep in the woods at dusk.

Don't screw with the shower heat controls.

I told Ryan I am thinking of hunting on the ground this year, but I did tell him this right off the bat:

"And if I do hunt on the ground, I want you to know right now that I don't have big-enough-balls-for-too-close.  < Maybe you can create a t-shirt with that on it :-) "

I love Too Close!  I have seen the two biggest bears I have seen in three trips out of that stand and it was on the same night.

I have yet to sit Determination.  That is the one with the wild stories when I have been there.
