It could be the release or how the bow is being gripped, but I would like to know the arrow specs. just to rule out the arrow's length, point weight, string material, and spine as being an issue.

I have to go to work, talk to you later,

Darren
I'll look when I get home to be sure, but I think the specs were as follows:  65/69 hexshaft arrows, 3x5" feathers, tapered nock end, 145 gn points, cut 30" BOP.  The bow was a blank, so is more than 1/8 from center.  Close to 1/4 actually when including strike plate.  B-50 string.  60# @29".  Back when I ran the calculator I thought they landed within a pound or so.

Molson I can't wait to see pics. That bow had been screaming to me but funds were too short, glad someone here got it so I can at least see it, congrats!!!

This bow is a real beauty. That white glass belly is just classy. It is as smooth as warm butter with hardly a sound on release.  Absolutely the quietest bow I've ever shot.  It has the slightest bump on release that doesn't at all suggest the weight you're pulling.  Man is this bow a brute though.  Makes my 60# Bushbow feel like a target bow!  I absolutely love everything about this beast but just don't know if the shoulder and fingers can take this much weight anymore.  We'll see how it goes the next couple days.  If not then I'll send it back and order up a 60#r.  It sure is one flat shooting looker though!

Molson, that white belly is classy.  I have a bow craig made me, with the 50's white glass, and love how it looks, just have to convince myself deer don't see it, lol.

I had run across the add for this Yellowstone bow a few times on Craig's site.  Way to much weight for me, but it sounded gorgeous and it is!  I'm glad someone from this site bought it so we all could see it.  Good luck with it Molson.

If you have a fastflight string try it, with
B-50 string I always shoot 5#'s weaker spine arrows out of my Hill bows.

. . . you do realize that bow is going to be a bit bloodthirsty?

A bow that arcs so perfectly (and it does arc PERFECTLY), well, it's just meant to hunt.
