Well the weatherman is calling for rain/thunder storms starting tonight and Fri into Sat.

Still have tons of corn on around my hunting areas, so not much deer in the woods. Plan on stand hunting on Sat. morning and still hunting the standing corn in the afternoon. See if I can't put the sneak on one in its bed or feeding.

Start vacation on friday. We are all heading to deer camp,we have a guest Blacktail Hunter in camp from 30 oct-8 nov. Hope we can give him his best hunt of his life.After the hunt we will post the story and pictures.Deer or no deer.Good luck to all of the gang.And i have a big ten point that thier is some unfinished business with.

The clock is moving way to slow. Cant wait to meet Blacktail Hunter and chase those Ohio bucks around the woods. Good luck to all and be safe.

Things have been slow the past two weeks here but haven't got out as much as I'd like. We'll be hitting it hard all next week though. Great time to be out.

I just got home from work and I saw 2 really BIG BUCKS on the side of the road next to some large fields. Both bucks had there nose to the ground.The time is here these two bucks could care less about me driving by them.

Well boys it time! Went out tonight and saw the 2 150+ that I saw early this year...haven't seen for 3 weeks. The rut is starting now as we speak...bucks were all over the doe's. I'll be chasing with them Thurs-Sunday...hopefully one of the big boys will be had. I will keep you posted...they are really moving now!!! If you have been waiting, it's time to get in the woods.
