I've used both the EFA and Big Jims. Since I prefer to shoot my LB barebow, I remove my quiver in the stand or in the blind. Big Jims is without doubt the best for quick on/off - very handy. I also practice with the quiver on the bow and can shoot well with it on.

I would say the same. Without a doubt the EFA is the lightest. Big Jim's quiver is not a lot heavier. I don't think either is particularly hard to take on and off, but with the EFA, I would definitely recommend a totem if you are taking it off in the stand/blind.

I have a Selway limb bolt quiver on my Orion and it is also quite lightweight and very well made. I have no experience with Kanati quivers, but they look like quality equipment. Any of those would work well.

However, as Terry said, if you want the lightest, that would be EFA.

Sorry about the multiple posts ......these dang Phones drive me crazy....

anyway they're all just tools.... I chose to answer the question which was asked....the lightest ....but I use different quivers for different hunting situations and different animals.....

I'm not going into the Coretta Wilderness with three arrows and I'm not going on a hog hunt with three arrows .....but on some occasions when deer hunting I don't need 5 or 6 arrows and I choose a lite one when only whitetails are on the terrain menu.....they are also great on self bows.

When we first got into the quiver business about 10 years ago, we started making a light weight 3 and 4 arrow arrow. We even adapted the slogan "Travel Light With Eagle's Flight". Over the years we have made improvements, but not at the expense of adding weight. Now we make 4 different sizes of most models. We make Mesa(flat)one, two, three, four, and even five and six arrow models. We make Apaches, Cherokees, Navajos, and Cochise models in several sizes also. Despite the variety of models and sizes, we have always put the emphasize on quality, weight, and price. We have enjoyed developing new products for you and the archery industry. Thank you for your patronage and your suggestions.

I have tried them all, and a Big Jim's Med. 5 arrow works for me on the Toelke Whip HS she's thin, light and tight together. Big Jim's stuff works..
Odds are with the prepared..

If you want light...Big Jim. Also quite Reasonable, easy on-off if you travel, small to pack and store, quality and simple.

There is nothing wrong with any of the others mentioned either.

Some look better with certain bows.

All work well.

I also like the new set back Great Northern.

I've settled on the Great Northern as my go-to though.  Alignment, security, weight, etc....it's my favorite. [/QB][/QUOTE]

I would second this.  I like the EFA but I have trouble quieting down the fletching.

I do have a 4 arrow Navajo X with the wing and totem.. GREAT QUIVER!  I don't think it or the Kanati are "better" than each other.  the EFA is a little lighter, and I do like the velcro A LOT, but for some reason I can't find a reason to take my Kanati off of my main bow.
