I typically set up at 15 feet high
There is a place for all God's creatures....right next to the potatoes and gravy.

While I believe that the wrong tree in the right place is better than the right tree in the wrong place, I don't go high unless u absolutely must.  Like others have said, the shot angle is much better at lower heights.  I prefer good cover and 12-15 feet off the ground.

I usually hunt from 15-18', the older I get the lower I go!

I am usually very high (25-32) but have recently been moving them lower and lower. The wind is really the problem here, not the cover.

Psalm 37:4- "Delight thyself also in the Lord:and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart."

jcprintz

Usually 8-10' but no matter how high you go be sure you have good back cover. Seems the older I get the lower I go.
