I have a target that was a gift.
You get the 1/4" x 6" roll of pipe insulation and roll it like a cinnamon roll. Wrap with duct tape. Put an "X" across both sides and one more wrap around the circle.
It stops 900 grain arrows at 15 yds. The arrow will go thru the target. But, it is stopped there.
