Just got home from my surgery......all appears to have gone well
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

Well I had mine left Ulnar nerve transposition surgery yesterday.  DOC said it went well but hard for me to tell right now.  I got a pretty good sized incision across my elbow and experiencing some pretty good swelling.  All natural so still confident all will end well.  To many bows hanging waiting  to be shot.

Good for both of you. I go to the doc on the 12th for discussing what I will be doing.

Get well soon guys!

Good luck.  I've had my left knee rebushed and it made my life MUCH better.  Hope yours works as well.

Do what the pretty but mean nurse/therapist tells you.

Good luck Ron - my Dad got both his knees replaced 3 years ago at 69 years of age.  This past trip to WV a few weeks ago, his 72 year old self went up and down the steep WV mountains just as often, and just as hard as the rest of us did!

His only complaint ever is that he didn't do it sooner.  He pushed recovery HARD and that was key to a more-than-full recovery for him.  I hope you are in the same boat in a few short months!
