Spent a couple rainy hours at the local archery shop with my youngest son.
He just loves shooting his bow.
he's allready shooting rabbits, birds, squirrels and stumps.
He's going to be schooling his old man before long.

gotta love the family time.        :bigsmyl:

Great!  His form looks great.  You two will have a lot of fun together over the years sharing a passion like trad archery and hunting.  Enjoy!
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

Can't think of a better way to spend time with your son! Good for both of you. He looks like he's gonna challenge you on accuracy, he has good form!

Way cool, way to go, and as maineac said, good form, you did well my friend.
Always say what you mean, that way people will know you mean what you say.

We've been working on his form and it's really coming along. He's to the point now where it comes natural most of the time.
the main thing is getting him to slow down.
He just can't wait to let the next one fly. Lol

I came home yesterday and he was watching my new essential encounters dvd.
we all watched it the other night together but I guess he hadn't seen enough.
He loves to do what his dad does I just hope he carries it into adulthood.

Ya gotta love it when you get home from work to find that he's put a dvd in like that on his OWN ACCORD! The thought of that happening with my son in a couple years just makes me grin    :D   . I'm sure you're very proud...as you should be!

My little boy is 40 now,and we have as much fun stump shooting as we ever did.
