I have a gamemaster @ 45 ibs and 28 draw length with a 30 inch gold tip 5575. It is without a doubt shooting nock left. But yesterday I was shooting knock right at about 8 inches from target. How do I correct this? What steps should I take?
thanks for all your help!

Looks to me like you are experiencing some interesting form issues. Look in the shooters forum @ Terry's form clock, and work on not plucking the string upon release.

Shooting LH or RH? Fletched or Bareshafts? More info like that would help others help you!

If this was easy, everyone would be doin' it!

Not sure of your point weight or your draw length, but I would venture to say you might be a bit overspined with the 55/75. The 30" length would help that but you might want to try a 35/55. I shoot a 54#@28" recurve and I draw 28". With a Easton 400 (the same spine as the 55/75) and a 29" arrow, I need a total point weight (brass insert and field point/broadhead) of 275-300 grains to get proper (bare shaft) arrow flight. Good luck! Mike

I would be willing to bet that GT 35/55 will shoot straight for you.

I agree with the others, you are way overspined with that arrow.

You guys are great! I have been shooting the 3555s for the last 2 years and have shot perfect, however I recently have been trying to increase overall arrow weight and this problem arose. I was using 3555 with extra weight in them but they were not reaching as far ( I do understand I added weight to them) So I will stick with the 3555 and practice with the extra weight to correct my target eye. Thanks Mike, huntingarcher and Reaper!

Maybe you should take a look at the bow arm, wrist in paticular. I used to have that problem and It was all in the wrist with me.
