The shot is fine...target is just a bit too low, Mudd!

That little hole, try hitting a antique wooden chest and see how the wife likes it.lol.

buckeye_hunter

Just leave the arrow there and hang a coat from it!     Don't need to explain anything that way. It was simply a case of creative home maintenence.....

Plastic filler comes in that color, I think. If it don't, it should. lol

If that's a wooden arrow, just cut it off, sand till flush, and stain it.

Just put a crate under your target and the hole is fixed. Lol. I'll have to remember that excuse.

I'm thinking that is a wood arrow(not aluminum) and I hope there aren't any electrical lines behind the hardboard! I just ordered the DVD so don't know what kind of shot you were trying to accomplish. Nice arrow though. LOL . I've been there done that also. Will watch DVD when it gets here and only shoot in the yard!

Well, I think I know what went wrong for you Mudd...Gene shoots 3 under off the shelf.  Barry shoots split finger of an elevated rest...nothing they do shooting wise is similar; it is no wonder you went haywire    :knothead:      :D

I have a small hole in my garage door my wife can't seem to forget.  I got a lot more education from the one in the wall in the garage.  DID YOU KNOW THAT A 5/8 INCH PEICE OF PLYWOOD WON'T STOP AN ARROW OUT OF A 62# BOW.  AMAZING AIN'T IT.

The ONLY time I EVER tried a mechanical release (back in my compound days), 1985 it was, a friend tried to get me to try one.  I drew an arrow in the living room of my rental, started pulling her back, and promptly sent an arrow into the paneling.  Moved a picture on the wall to cover the spot and NEVER tried a release again.  Switched to stickbow in 1988 and haven't looked back.

Or shoot another one to one side and make a bow rack out of them.

I told Oliverstacy this morning that I planned on doing some shooting today but because it's so yucky outside I'd be doing it all indoors unless the weather changed.

Yeah...I'm not going to take credit for any of this!   :biglaugh:

Looks like the bag ducked the arrow!  Was the bag feeding or on high alert?

Josh, you gotta know that the bags are always on high alert in Mudd's domain - there are bows 'n arras in all the corners and everywhere in between.    :p
