We spotted this lil piggy last week.  I went out after work to see some hay bales Tom had set up for target practice...it was right at dusk and I saw the piglet feeding with the deer.  I had to work tonight and when I got home Tom showed me the pics my daughter took from the screen porch.  The pics are a little grainy due to the screen.

Today the deer charged the piggy and at first he ran and then he charged back and they ran to the edge of the woods and then they all came back and fed together.

We think that the new development of Nocatee has moved some critters our way.  Several yotes have been spotted and now this lil piggy.



 

I sure wish I had a view like that in my backyard! This winter has been nothing but snow and an occasional stray cat  :D

Deerspotter...right you are!  We don't usually hunt in the yard but if the price of gas keeps going up it will look better and better.

Hey Mudd..we are pumped...the deer started coming in 15 years ago...and now this lil guy pays a visit.  It has been very dry and we are not sure where he could have a mud hole...  hmmm the intercoastal water way does run through here...right across the street.  I wonder...if pigs would waller in brackish water???
