I am trying to decide what to do. I have a Martin Serengeti 50# and a Martin Dream Catcher 40#. I like them both, leaning toward the Dream Catcher but before I decide to sell the Serengeti I wanted to ask a question. The Serengeti is a tat too much draw weight I pull 29in and it peaks at about 56#, the Dream Catcher Peaks at 43# and seems to be the perfect weight.

But before I sell one I would like to ask this, can you shoot a 50 and a 40 and stay fairly consistent or do you need to stick with one.

It does not take me long to change if I do. You need to check for yourself in my opinion.  shoot one exclusively, then switch to the other.  See how long it takes to get in the groove.  I have found dropping from heavy to light tightens my groups, after I get used to the slight change in impact point due to different arrow speed.
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

I shoot a variety of bows sometimes, change dont take long... can have them each set up right and only thing different is the hand grip feel to me.  and feel of the bow at shot , weight of bow ect.. seperate arrows for each.  takes a few shots sometimes to get in the groove with another one. The brain gets programmed then your switch up. reprogramming takes over....
Go Afield wih bow and arrow  shoot and enjoy archery !!

If you commit to it, yes you can. I bounce around fro 44 to 50 to 63, as long as I maintain my form, never an issue.

If healthy, exercise your way into the larger draw. Takes 2 weeks tops. Far too many benefits shooting heavy arrows faster.

Great! I was hoping I could shoot both. I think I will put the 50# Serengeti away for awhile and shoot the 40# Dream Catcher. Thanks guys!
