having never used a bow quiver before, i am thinking of getting an eagle's flight 3-arrow or kanati 4-arrow bow quiver. my question to those of you who use them is; did you find that it altered your shooting in any way once on your bow?  or were there any adjustments you had to make?  thanks for any input.

I love my EFA 4 arrow Cherokee. Beauty, fits tight, no movement, no effect on shooting or balance etc. Everyone is different but you likely can"t go wrong with the EFA.

I am opposite, I found that my shooting was totally altered to the point of it not being worth learning to shoot with a bow quiver.  But I am at the extreme opposite end of this opinion I'm sure. I often shoot FITA olympic competition also and the SLIGHTEST change is HUGE at 90 meters.
I'd give it a shot though, if never used one you just gotta try it!

I have had the same experience with the 4 arrow EFA.I've used it on some real light bows with no affect.

I have two EFA Quivers and you won't be sorry for purchasing one. They are so light you hardly notice them on your bow. Give Don a call, first class guy to deal with.

I have a kanati 4 arrow quiver that I got 2 days ago and it is great.  I have not noticed a difference in my shooting.  It adds a little weight to the bow but I think it helps to stabilize it somewhat.  No major differences for me.  Call John at Kanati Quivers and he can answer any questions that you might have.

Great Northern works the best for me. The adjustable model. Very quiet and doesn't change any thing in my shooting consistency.

the kanati quiver is top notch in my opinion. john is great to deal with too. he definately knows how to produce a quality product.once you buy one you'll want another and another...

After a few shots you wont even know its there...the extra wt helps to stabalize....dampens noise.

I agree. I always shoot and hunt with one on. Don't even notice it

I always have a Kanati or Great Northern full of arrows strapped to my bow when I shoot, which one depends on the bow.   They seem to shoot better that way, but it's all what you get used to.

I like bow quivers and they have no effect on my shooting comfort or accuracy.

In fact, maybe because of the extra weight, I probably prefer shooting with a quiver on.

It really doesn't bother me though, one way or the other.

I own both Selway and Thunderhorn bow quivers.
