For hunting to have a future, we must invest ourselves in future hunters.

I'll put the recovery video on Vimeo, not sure how to do it here(it's a big file).

Very nice! Where in Fl were you hunting? The pics look very similar to the areas I hunted in Sarasota and Manatee counties. The hog hunting there was fantastic! That's about the only thing I miss about Florida.

Once again, very nice, photos and story!

Great story and pics.  Your not close to Naples are you?  I am actually here on vacaction.  I would love to find somewhere to go hog hunting anually.  My wife's family has a place here.  This is my first time down.  Didn't bring any gear, but won't make that mistake again.  This place looks invested with game.

Cool. I spent some time in Clewiston when I was working with my uncle's construction company. We were building a strip mall in the mid '90's. We didn't get to hunt there but, we did take the opportunity to do some of the best crappie (They called them specks down there) fishing ever in Lake Okeechobee. I would have never thought we could catch that many big crappie with nothing more than an expandable, fiberglass, cane type pole.

I guess I miss that a little also...
