I was a very young boy when I lived there. My brother and I loved it. Sledding, skating, snowball fights, hunting, fishing, and if your into rocks, minerals and collecting fossils it's very good. A little tougher on the parents as the commute to work and dealing with the harsh conditions of winter was challenging. Lots of shared family evening entertainment. Very Fond Memories..............

When I got my place in MT, a fellow from there told me to never say anything about anyone, even if the person you are talking to is badmouthing them.  I asked why?

He said they are all related to one another.

While not completely true, the last ten years has taught me that most seem to be related to a bunch of the country.  It was good advice.

the guys at archery talk make it sound like the wolves eat every animal and its almost impossible to hunt. idk just what it sounds like on the 4 wolve debate threads going right now.

If you have a good job,and it sounds like it,and love hunting,DO IT.I moved from Vancouver, B.C to Saskatchewan and its cold,28 years ago and never regret one minute ,best deer hunting in the world ,and your real close.
Quote from Howard Hill.( Whenever he taught someone to shoot) "Son make up your mind right now if you want to target shoot or hunt as theres a world of differance between the two"
