Beware of the KOM it's has some internal problems. I wouldn't buy it new. The designer and head maker has jumped ship to start his own company. Silent Preditor same stuff 1/3 less cost then KOM.

I've got Sleeping Indian wool and love it. However, the cost is way up and if I were going to go with wool again I would have to go to Dayone. It is good quality and the cost is much more reasonable.

Hands down my favorite wool shirt I own is the Longhunter shirt sold my Ron Laclair.  I wear it as a jacket or shirt.  Took my biggest buck in 20 degree temps with a light sweat wicking base layer, hoody and the woodsman shirt.  Was cozy!  The mature whitetail buck was 30 yards in front of me, looking right at me.  I was on the ground leaning up against a blow down in that grey shirt and he never saw me!  
For pants, I wear my Grandfathers WWII wool pants.  If it is real cold, like 0 degrees, I wear a thing base layer (sweat wicking) with fleece pants under the wool pants.  Just got a new to me set of wool bibs.  Mackinaw style.  Can't wait to try them out!

I like both day one and gray wolf. They are very comparable, but the day one is a much better value

I purchased unlined wool bibs from Day One and a pullover from GFA.  I loved them.  I layer with merino wool underwear-light and/or expedition weight as a base, and a fleece pullover.  I just used a fleece parka over those layers and was warm even in the windiest cold weather- and it was real windy late season in the N.E.  I may upgrade to a wool parka from D.O., GWW, GFA or Mr La Clair this year.  I should be able to skip using the fleece pullover with using a wool jacket.  By the way, Day One increased its wool prices this year and are about the same as GWW, so D.O. is not quite the same deal as it used to be.

You can't beat the price of used Pendleton or Woolrich.  I bought one on the auction site for about $2o that is hard to beat.

My opinion.Filson better outdoor clothes. Camo patterns do not matter as much as movement (or not moving) when hunting. If you are not cold you can be still unless your high strung, which the trad hunting should help with your relaxation.
