Someday I'd like to own a Morrison bow. Does Bob still make the bows or does he have a team make them? Peace!

Bob has his hands on em all. He has one person helping him in shop at present i believe.

Not sure why that matters. They are his design and if they weren't up to his standards I'm sure they wouldn't go out the door.

Bob still does the hands on stuff.  He's always tinkering with how to make his bows better performers.  Great guy to deal with, heck he's just a great guy to chat with in general.      

I agree, I have shot alot of the great bows out there, but Morrison's are my absolute personal favorite.  I can't get enough of them.  If Bob is not building them, I would bet he is standing over whoever is.  I can call and ask a technical question about a bow that I just received and he knows the piece inside and out.  Great quality, and great performers.

BOB is a master @ what he does and that is to BUILD THE BEST HIGH PERFORMANCE QUALITY BOWS KNOWN TO MAN!!!

Yes, Bob is a gentleman to do business with.  I had a very general type question rgarding his ILF bows that anyone there would have been able to answer, but Bob returned my call within an hours and spent quite some time clearing up my confusion.  That's valueable time taken away from his work.  I greatly admired him for that.

Bob is the only one who does the shaping of his risers, which is why he can customize them to the customer's request. There are other people working for Bob who do some of the work, including gluing up limbs and risers and carving the pinecones or other grip carvings. He also uses CNC machines to make initial cuts and shapes. In my opinion the work by others or by power equipment does not diminish the outstanding design, customized character or hand-finished quality of Bob's incredible bows. If someone thinks a bowyer should be the only person who puts any effort into the creation of a bow for it to be considered a true custom bow, then only a few self bows will meet that criterion. Most custom bowyers buy fiberglass, carbon fiber, hardware, glues, stains, finishes, and other bow parts that have been fabricated by other people and then incorporated into the bowyers' bows. Having a limited number of well trained employees who do some of the work on the bows can also be a good thing, especially if the bowyer plans to be able to stay in business without some other source of income. While it is possible for a bowyer to make everything from scratch, it is virtually impossible to do that except with the simplest bows. Bob created the designs and is the driving force behind his bows, and he personally does much of the fit and finish on each and every bow that comes out of his shop. If the customer wants his bow customized in a particular way, Bob is the one who makes it happen, usually with his own hands. That is a custom bow in my mind. Besides, there are no better shooting hunting bows made than those Bob produces. They also look great and have some interchangeable parts so the customer can mix, match, change and upgrade his bow as he pleases. Try to find many bows that have all those attributes and still shoot as well as a Morrison.

Right on 2 hats. Any day I am shooting my bow and have a question.  Bob, is always glad to help me out and answer questions. I have soldem all but my morrisons bows.

Bob is a GREAT bowyer, and an even better guy to talk to.  He is very knowledgeable, and a super nice guy.  Not to mention, EVERYTHING that he makes looks stunning and shoots even better.  I'm the proud owner of wood Morrison ILF risers (among others), and will never go without one of Bob's risers.

That is one bow I intend to own someday.  Love his recurves.

The only thing wrong with a morrison bow is there are to many that I want to own, and I already have four. good man to deal with, he has more patience then I would.

The Morrisons will spoil you.
