I am delighted to be included as a tester!
85# shafts with Reparrow footing

Looks like Walnut on a cedar shaft

The first shots at my target pig from 25 yds

With 160 gn tips these fly perfectly from my 50# ACS CX
Later we'll try them on some harder stuff!

Nice shooting Bjorn. I think you should get out and try them on some live ribs   :bigsmyl:

Its amazing how an 85# shaft with 160 up front  will fly from a 50# ACS

Bjorn,

Rick sent me an arrow, too. 91# spine.

I have yet to put a field tip on it. Maybe, tonight.

Anyway, he told me to destroy it, too!

He sent me one also. Real beauty expertly crafted. Meant to get it into the woods this weekend. Didn't. Did get the judo loaded. It'll be tried & true pdq!

I meet rick a couple of weeks ago. Heck of a nice guy.
I'm wanting him to make me some arrows good to see his work is highly thought of. And yes he is going to kazoo.

Bjorn

I whacked one well into an Oak tree this afternoon, spent several minutes digging it out, no damage to the arrow.

If it's in your way, move it.

I  bought a half dozen for spine testing purposes, and as has been mentioned.  Were built fantastic...

Are they shooting stiff with that much spine?  How much up front do you have to load up to get them to fly straight?

T. Downing

Interesting arrow...Yeah, Rick's work is truly amazing. Finest wooden shafts I have ever owned.

"Are they shooting stiff with that much spine? How much up front do you have to load up to get them to fly straight?"

They are cut to 29.5 BOP and have a 160gn FP, total weight is 650gn and as you can see in the pic they fly right where I am looking at 25 yds. Could not ask for better.

seabass

i was wondering if guys would use the reparrow to make tougher footings.nice shooting Bjorn, steve

**DONOTDELETE**

I really like reparrows, they are tuff and weaken the arrow nicely. What I mean is I had some arrows that where little to short so that made them stiff.

I used some reparrows footing to test on these arrows, They work great and easy to fix short/broken arrow tips.
